使用条款

本使用条款（以下简称“本条款”）是 Neuron Network Co., Ltd.（以下简称“本公司”）在本网站上提供的条款和条件。秋叶原大本营（以下简称“本服务”），所有注册用户（以下简称“用户”）必须按照本条款使用本服务。

Article 1 (Applicable) 本条款适用于用户与本公司之间就使用本服务而产生的一切关系。除本条款外，本公司可能就本服务制定其他规定，例如使用规则（以下简称“个别规定”）。无论名称如何，个别规定均构成本条款的一部分。如果本条款的规定与前述个别规定的规定相冲突，则以个别规定的规定为准，除非个别规定另有规定。

第6条（禁止事项） 用户在使用本服务时，不得有以下行为。

第 16 条（准据法/管辖权） 本条款及细则的解释适用日本法律。如因本服务产生任何争议，我方总部所在地法院为专属管辖法院。
